Boat & Trailer Transfer

In Office - General Document Notarization

Select this option for regular documents such as deeds, retirement account forms, powers of attorney, etc.

Please note that per Pennsylvania state law I cannot advise you on what to put on or how to fill out a form. Please consult with the requesting company or an attorney before coming in.

Please ensure that all signers bring current identification such as a driver's license or passport. We cannot proceed with a notarization if identification is expired or if a signer does not have it available.

If requesting that a car title be notarized without the buyer present, we must have the buyers name, address, purchase price, and odometer / milage reading. Titles cannot be left "open" or notarized without this information listed per Section 1119(b) of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (all 50 states have similar laws).

Pricing: $5 per notarization. $5 administrative fee may also apply to cover services outside of notarization. 3% additional labor fee due to bank charges for card.

Vehicle or Trailer Title Transfer

Select this option for a title & tag transfer.

Seller: Please bring the title and your current drivers license.

Buyer: Please bring your current drivers license and current insurance. Please note that we cannot complete a transfer if the buyer does not have current insurance.

We will need the current and exact odometer / milage reading.

For payment we accept cash & Zelle. For card payments, the bank has an additional 3% fee.

ATV or Snowmobile Transfer

Select this option for title transfer of an ATV or a snowmobile.

Seller: Please bring the title and your current drivers license. If the ATV has a plate or if a snowmobile has a decal, please take a picture of it or write down the plate number. Unlike vehicles, plates stay with the machine.

Buyer: Please bring your current drivers license, current insurance, and payment. Please note that we cannot issue or transfer a regular registration if the buyer does not have current insurance.

Options:

Regular Registration: Can drive the ATV or Snowmobile on state designated ATV trails, other person's property, and at places such as Mines & Meadows. This requires the buyer to obtain insurance in their name with the VIN # of the ATV or snowmobile they are purchasing prior to the transfer.

Limited Registration: Can only drive on property owned by the buyer. No insurance required. We recommend getting a regular registration as it takes approximately 4-6 weeks after obtaining insurance to switch from limited to regular.

Mobile Notary Service (No title or tags)

Please do not use this option for title or tag transfers. PennDOT does not permit mobile registration services.

Use this option to reserve a slot for mobile notary service. We offer services in Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Please either call or put in your phone number so we can call you to confirm the details.

Fees start at $40 + $5 per notarization and increase based on distance.
